Rates:
Wayne Room - $125
Lancaster Room - $100
Berks Room - $100
Always a 10% discount for the third night stay.
Rates are based on double occupancy, $25.00 additional guest.
Weekly rates are available. Contact us.
Rates are subject to PA sales tax and Wayne County lodging tax.
We will be closed December 24 and 25.
Policies:
We are a non-smoking facility.
Our friendly small
hypo-allergenic dog roams the common areas and outside, but is not permitted in the guest rooms. We do not have boarding facilities. Please contact us if traveling with pets.
Our normal check-in hours are between 4-7, any other time please call ahead. We request your kindness in estimating arrival time.
Regular check-out time is 10:30, other times can be arranged.
Our house is not ideally suited for children and under 14 may not be a guest in a room without an adult.
This is our home and we reserve the right to ask anyone to leave.
