½ cup butter (¼ lb.)
¾ c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can (17-1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
5 slices bread cut into 1 inch cubes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 8 in. square glass baking dish.

Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Fold in the pineapple and the bread cubes.

Turn into prepared baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or until browned. Can be baked the night before and reheated in the morning.
